high beams not working

I have replaced the relay and headlight switch, checked all the fuses. When you pull back on headlight switch both high beams and the high beam light on the dash work. When you move the switch forward nether the high beam or the high beam light on the dash will work.

Hi,

I attached the entire wiring schematic below for the headlamp (see pics 1 and 2 below). Are you getting power to the fuses and the relay? If you jump pins 4 and 5 at the relay, do they work? If they don't, chances are the fusible link is bad. Check pin 5 for power. It should have it at all times. (see pic 3 below)

Let me know what you find. If you are getting power through the relay and the two fuses are good, they should work.
