I have the truck listed above 1500 high country. My high beams do not work, but my low beams do. I’ve already replaced the headlight housing and tried replacing the switch on the steering column, I’m pretty sure it’s a relay, but I am unable to figure out which one it is as the manual and the fuse box lid diagram shows the headlights are two different relays/fuses. When I hit the lock or unlock button on my key fob, I can hear the clicking sound coming from the fuse box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the location of the high beam relay and the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the fuses that run the system (6) which I would check as well. This guide can help you check for power at the fuse and to see if they are good:

Opps, the high beam relay is inside the fuse panel.

Relays listed below are non-serviceable Printed Circuit Board (PCB) relays and are internal to the block.

KR48 Headlamp High Beam Relay

So, it looks like it is time to get out the test light and start checking for power to see where you lost it.

It is inside the fuse panel (built in) so you might be able to take it apart and desolder it. But before you do that I would make sure the #4 fuse (175 amp) is okay which is located under the hood near the battery, the relay is triggered by the BCM which might be out. Maybe we should do a CAN scan to see if any codes are stored. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:
