My car is showing 2 codes 1 is 7e8 the other is 7e9 please help

Car started as always no issues parked up at mums 4 an hour got in car started ok but wouldn't drive fully as only in limp mode. I did check codes and Internet it's saying it's the throttle position sensor

If you read the code yourself you have to select engine first then get the code it should start with a P it should be a P0121 P0122 or P0123 I need the code in this format to help.

This code p2126 which is a throttle pedal position sensor. This can be the accelerator pedal is binding or bad pcm. This usually means the the throttle actuator has gone out and needs replacement. Here is a guide that will help you get the job done.

I would try cleaning the throttle bore first, disconnect the battery.

Hi again thanks for getting back to me yet again I've just been to the ford focus petrol 1.6 and removed the throttle actuator from a used car would that be okay to use? Will try cleaning the throttle body unit what do you think?

Just make sue you clean throttle plate on both sides before you install it.
