Reconditioned Gearbox and all of a sudden my car is stuck in gear

I am on my third reconditioned gearbox and all of a sudden my car is stuck in gear, engine on or off it does not really matter. Am i looking at another gearbox or is this something else? Gear stick is not floppy and the clutch peddle feels fine. No leaks from slave cylinder either?

The box will have to come out, sound as if it may have run low on oil or the wrong oil has been used.

Just to add a thought, if you are planning on pulling the gearbox again and this is the third one, have the clutch condition checked just as a precaution.
