Hesitation when I push pedal

In first and second gear the engine hesitating long and pushing the pedal does not help it at all.
clutch disk is new, but I wonder is it cause of timing belt or more likely diesel fuel filter or injector?
it gets better from third gear that is why I think it probably is not because of timing belt.

Hey Cyrus,

It sounds like you may have a intake boot that is torn and the mass air flow sensor is getting a false reading because of it.
