Codes P0351, P0352, P0353, P0354, why does the engine shut off if I accelerate quickly to 3,000 RPMs?

If I stay on the pedal, it will shut off or let off and it will idle. It runs fine if I slowly accelerate. It also does not hesitate if I run it over 3,000 RPMs in Park and Neutral. I have codes P0351, P0352, P0353, and P0354, misfire on all cylinders. If I clear the codes, they come back when I start the car even though it doesn't feel like it is misfiring. The problem manifests if I go out and quickly accelerate to 3,000 RPMs. Plugs and coils have been replaced within the last year.

It sounds like it can be one of two things, either the MAF sensor is not working correctly, or the fuel pump is going out. To be sure we should run the codes to see what comes up and we should do a fuel pressure test. These guides can help and I have included the MAF sensor location and the fuel pump replacement instructions in the diagrams below:

and

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Thank you, Ken L. The listed codes for the misfires on all four cylinders in the original post came from the code reader. These codes come up right after I start the engine though I don't feel any hesitation at startup. Today I fixed all the coil pack connectors that had broken clips and changed the valve cover gasket because I was planning to do this before the problem occurred. I also noticed today that the system is staying in Open Loop and never entering Closed Loop. This is so repeatable at 3000 rpm with no prior hesitation that I am not thinking the fuel pump would do this without showing sputtering before 3,000 RPMs. I will see what I can do to check the MAF sensor.

Fixed! Because the system was staying in Open Loop at startup, I decided to focus on the misfires errors, which were also appearing at startup. I cleared the errors and disconnected cylinder 1 connector from the coil pack and started the car and the errors still showed all four cylinders misfire. This happened until I came to cylinder 3, or C, and when I disconnected the plug from the coil pack and started the car, I only had misfires on cylinder C. Replaced the coil pack, because I always carry a spare in the trunk, and everything is fixed. This is the first time I have had one coil pack cause all four to have misfires. Makes me wonder if this hesitation at 3,000 RPMs would happen anytime the system is in Open Loop. In the picture below notice the discoloration of the center section of the coil pack.
