Hesitation when I give it gas?

I've noticed lately there is a hesitation when I give it gas and it now drives without power.

The most common thing to try first is the fuel filter, here is the location so you can swap it out if you have not done so already.

The fuel filter is under the truck on the left side rail. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
