When engine is cold or lukewarm it hesitates and sputters

Hesitates and sputters when engine is cold or lukewarm.
Does not do it when hot. does this only one time, then runs
perfect.

Any codes stored?

Can you check the fuel pressure? Low fuel pressure will cause this issue.

Also, the EGR valve could also be causing this issue if it is partially open causing a vacuum leak.
