because of the problem I have recently had a tune up done , new points and plugs and electrical done. When my mechanic first looked at it he tested it on the electrical and it said one side of the engine was not getting enough fuel. After working on it, the retest was clear however, its still hesitating off and on. He doesn't know what would cause this. Can you help me?

I hope you're mistaken about the breaker points. Chrysler has always been the most innovative manufacturer with more firsts that actually benefited owners. They were the first to use electronic ignition in 1972 on Dodges and in '73 on Chryslers and Plymouths. Everyone else used breaker points until '75 to '77. Even the term "tune-up" is a thing of the past.

Which engine do you have? At the mileage you listed you're due for spark plugs but that is unlikely to cause a hesitation. Even that term can mean a lot of different things. What does "electrical done" mean? Are you referring to checking the diagnostic fault codes? That is the place to start. What does your mechanic mean by "not getting enough fuel"? If he is reading fuel trim numbers on a scanner, it is normal for them to indicate the computer is adding or subtracting some fuel from the pre-programmed values. The question is how much and why?
