After a Harmonic balancer was installed the engine turns over but will not run?

Hello,

Do you still have the old harmonic balancer to hand?
The unit incorporates the pickup ring for the crank shaft position sensor.
See image below.
Check that the gear is fitted and that the position of the TDC mark, gap, in the toothed wheel is in the correct place.
