Drivers side taillights do not work?

Passenger side works driver doesn’t. forgive me if this has been covered. Okay, here's the problem: my brake lights work, turn signals work, but taillights do not. fuses fine as far as I can tell. Please help.

There is a running light relay in the under-hood fuse panel I would swap out. Here are the running light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and I have included the relay location so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
