What is this part and how do I replace it? It's leaking what looks like oil when the car is running.

Hi,
That appears to be the oil pressure sensor. It's hard for me to tell because of the angle of the picture.
It's actually easy to replace. I attached the directions below. Take a look through them and let me know if you have questions.
