Low power, spits and sputters when trying to accelerate

Car has no get up and go it spits and sputters when you give gas won't go over 30. We have changed water pump, fan sensors, spark plugs and the ignition coils. Still doesn't work.

Hi,

This sounds like a fuel issue but there are other reasons for a hesitation.

I suspect the issue is the fuel pump but this would need to be tested before we just replace it.
