My vehicle was diagnosed as needing a tune up. We did plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor button. It is still running like it is getting surges of power through it and doesn't want to stay running. Any ideas on what I need to do?

Welcome to 2CarPros. Could you possibly shoot a video and upload it here of how it is running so we can hear the surging?
Surging can be caused by a few things, fuel issues like low pressure or bad fuel. Did this start all at once or has it been getting worse until it won't run?

Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. Just to jump in, have you taken it back to the place that did the repair? If you paid money to get a repair done and you still have the same issue then you need to go back to the shop to give them the opportunity to rectify your situation. If they come up with some other issues like a faulty injector or engine issue for example of a misfire fault then you may want to contact the Bureau of Automotive repair to step in so that they can go over the diagnostic procedure to indicate why they recommended the repairs done with no fix?

Trust me, no shop will want this agency going over there repair orders. If you in good faith go back and tell them why that tune up did not correct your concern and now need more work. At the very least they will not want the headache and refund you the money.
