Help identifying part in interior of truck

What is this thing? It is located right above the seatbelts and the windows on each side of the interior of the cab kinda near the roof.

Could you take a picture farther back please, it looks like a snap for use with something like an interior curtain but it's so close it's hard to tell for sure. is that a screw in the middle?
