New Alternator not charging the battery?

I changed my alternator and when I did the plug for the alternator the wires coming from plug ripped out of the wiring harness for the car and now it's not charging my new battery.

Hi,

First, be careful because two of the wires to the alternator should have battery voltage at all times that can short.

I attached the wiring schematic for the circuit below. Take a look at it and let me know which wires were damaged. Also, confirm the two fuses shown are good and that there is power to the alternator. The wire I circled is important as well as the black wire with a yellow tracer.

Let me know what you find.
