Engine shakes then warning light displays and flashing and says engine fault have the vehicle repaired

I have the vehicle listed above active 13 plate on finance, it is in its second year finance and my engine warning light keeps displaying and flashing and says engine fault have the vehicle repaired ( this has been going on for 1 year now). I have taken it to numerous garages and no one can find the cause for this, the diagnostics say multiple engine misfires but the car carries on driving and every mechanic who has looked says there isn’t a misfire. The engine warning light will go off and the car drives fine again (it even passed its MOT 2 weeks ago) however yesterday the warning light came on and the car was shaking and wouldn’t drive properly for around 5 minutes until it cut out. I then turned it back on and pulled over to call the breakdown company who came and said the exact same as every mechanic, that there was a misfire, but there isn’t now and couldn’t advise me on what to do other than drive home. The car drove home fine with no engine warning light but I’m scared to carry on driving it in case it does it again as it’s never shaken and cut out to the extent it did last night. I’m just looking to see if anyone has any kind of advice or has been through the same situation as I’m at a loss with what to do.
