Hi, my speedometer nor gas meter work. They do not move at all. Also, it has new tires but the low tire pressure light stays on and the anti lock light stays on and so does the engine light.

I have seen this problem before you must get a rebuilt instrument cluster here is video that shows it being done on a similar car.

Please run down this guide and report back.

I have a 2005 buick rendezvous ultra - my whole instrument panel does not work - no mileage, gas, speedometer, rpms. It keeps flashing security, check engine, awd, and antilock brakes. I have tried to change any fuses related to the instrument panel cluster, and seems all memory of my car is gone, such as: auto locks, mirror adjustment in reverse, and drivers seat memory. I believe it has something to do with my computer, but trying to get a feel for what needs to be done and cost before I take it to the dealer.

Thanks, Dawn

The first thing that needs to be done is a CAN scan which is easy. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon for about $36.00 here is a video to show you how.

I hate to say it but chances are the float level gauge is most likely gone bad. THere is a rheostat that sends a signal to the BCM then to the gauge.

Have that checked and let me know what you find.

I have a '04 Buick Rendezvous and must have a bad fuse or something. All of my power adapted/lighter plug don't work. Could you shed some light on where I might find the correct fuse to replace or is there someother source of the problem.

Additionally, my gas gage and speedometer are messed up, any idea what could cause that. Sometime the speedometer seems to work properly, but after a short drive, it stops.

Check in the fuse box for the aux adapter fuse, start there and when the fuse is replaced recheck the speedo, not really related but ,

the speedo problem needs to be check by someone with a good scan tool that can read the transmission output speed sensor, then the vehicle speed sensor before condemning the cluster itself
