Good morning,

Let us start with the issue.

What exactly is wrong? Does it not crank? Does it crank and not start?

I attached the control relay for the fuel pump. It is behind the right side of the dash

Where is the fuel pump emergency switch on a 2001 kia optima. Also, why wouldn't a fuel pump get fire from its relay?

There is no emergency switch. As far as the pump, if you have checked at the pump and there is no power and the fuel pump relay is sending power, there has to be a break in the wiring.

Check the ecm control relay and the ecu relay fuse to include the ignition switch.
