Battery issue

It is making. A load noise like a scratching sound. maybe some belt? Then today my battery died. Charged it was doing fine then I had to recharge battery.

check battery for condition including load test, after charging make sure terminal ends are clean. then check belt, not cracking and tension-er it may be slipping recommended replacement for belt and tension-er is 60,000 miles
