Thank you so much. I'm replacing it because I've had a lot of trouble with rough idle in and then the coats at po340 and when I pull my camshaft sensor off it still runs.

Okay, that is most likely not the reason for the rough running at all. As far as removing the connector, it will stay running. That is not a test.
Did you check the code after doing that or was the code present before you removed the connector?
