Vehicle running at high RPM's

My vx commodore is It's running at almost 3,000 rpm's and is only remedied when I disconnect the mass air flow sensor.
I've tried cleaning the throttle body I've replaced the TPS the ICS the coil's the leads the plugs it's still has the problem.

Have you checked for any trouble codes if the computer? I strongly suspect there is a code stored in the computer, if you have retrieved a trouble code it would greatly help us guide you to the problem.
