I was in a minor accident and the engine shut down on impact. Now it won’t even turn over at all. I have been told there was a cutoff of the gas lines during the wreck and I need to know how to turn it back on.

There is not a shut off switch for these cars, can I ask if the security light is flashing? If so these guides can help us fix it:

and

Please run down these guides and report back.
