ABS light on and brake lights not working after mechanic replaced heater core

I had a mechanic replace my heater core sat and ever since. Then all my rear lights work except my brake lights. He had to pull the whole dash off to replace it. Now he’s avoiding me and my ABS and brake warning lights are on now.
