Truck vibrates only at high speeds. From 0 to 60 it rides just fine. Once I get past 60 it begins to vibrate and shake quite a bit and only gets worse the longer high speeds are maintained. I have already replaced the sway bars, motor mount, tires and had the CV axles and rotors looked at and are fine. I've spoken with multiple local mechanics about the issue, and no one can seem to tell me where else to start looking at or replace.

You said you got new tires? Tire balance it what comes into play over 60 mph. You can try rotating the tires front to back to see if anything changes. I would raise the front and spin the tires to look for an un-true roll and then I would do the same for the rear, also can I ask if the vibration is coming from the front or the rear?

I have seen the driveshaft center support bearing go out and cause this issue. Grasp the driveshaft to pull it back and forth in the center support, it should have very little movement. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

Thank you for your reply, sir. I had gotten the new tires in hopes to fix the issue. One thing I forgot to mention was all this started before the tires and still continues. I had a local mechanic look at the whole drive train including the drive shaft and he didn't mention any issues with that. I will definitely have the truck taken back for a second opinion just to confirm. As far as where the vibrations seem to be coming from, it seems to mostly be towards the front end.

I have seen the lower ball joints go out and cause this issue and at 170,000 it would be a good idea anyway. Here is how. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
