You said you got new tires? Tire balance it what comes into play over 60 mph. You can try rotating the tires front to back to see if anything changes. I would raise the front and spin the tires to look for an un-true roll and then I would do the same for the rear, also can I ask if the vibration is coming from the front or the rear?
I have seen the driveshaft center support bearing go out and cause this issue. Grasp the driveshaft to pull it back and forth in the center support, it should have very little movement.
