I am not sure I understand. The blower motor comes on but you don't have any air flow out of the vents? Can you feel any air coming out of any of the vents? Defrost, floor, or dash?
Or do you feel the air, it is just not hot?

My problem is, the air flow is very low.
The blower vent working correct, the resisters all so.

Okay. If the air flow is low then this would point to the blower motor not spinning fast enough. Do you hear the fan speed increase as you move the switch to the faster speeds? If not, how did you check the resistor?
If the fan speed does increase as you move the switch but you still don't have air flow then we need to look into a restriction in the air box or a door issue routing the air improperly.

Thanks your answer. I replaced the vent. Its work fine all speed positions.
All e. Motor working. The outer arms of the blades move. Maybe something is wrong in the box.

Okay. I suspect you are correct. There is a link and rod mechanism on the housing that the air doors use and if this is not connected or defective then you could have obstructed air flow. You may be able to see an issue from removing the blower motor and looking in there but if not, you may need to remove it.

Thanks for the help!
I found the cause of the problem.
In the air-conditioning box, an oily powder on the lamellae of the dried air-conditioning unit, which blocked the flow of inlet air.
All this required was to remove the dashboard and remove the climate box.
