The speed control is working just fine as well as the output knob, but the only heat that enters the cab is from the ducts being heated from the engine. The engine has also been swapped the chassis has 204,000 miles but the engine only has 84,000. what is most likely wrong?

Just so I make sure I understand, the heat works but it is not as hot as it should be? I am just not sure I understand the portion of the only heat is that off the engine.

This sounds like a blend door issue or a heater core so let's start with this guide and we can go from there.

Just make sure the coolant is filled to the proper level and then run through the rest of the info and we can figure out next steps. Thanks
