Heating/ac won't change settings or light up

The ac and heater won't change temperatures, it won't change from the floor setting, I checked all of the fuses, connections, I change the temperature control unit thinking it was bad but no luck, is there anything that I might be missing or something i over looked, I tried everything.

see if wire 1 and 2 get power when you change form vent to defrost if you do the motor there may be bad or linkage isn't working if motor moves.
