When heater is on all vents put out heat except the passenger side foot level, it puts out cold air.

Yes, you have a right side temperature blend door actuator.

NOTE: It is not required to install the new right hand temperature blend door linkage parts included in the right hand temperature blend door actuator service part kit if only the temperature blend door actuator requires replacement and the linkage parts are not broken or binding.

Below is how it will be for your car. I have included the right, mode and left side actuators for anybody else that needs it.
