Runs for 10 minutes then starts running rough and the 2 fans won’t kick on. Also, the temperature gauge on the dash doesn’t show it’s hot.

Hello,
The first item you need to check is the coolant temperature sensor.
The sensor provides a signal for the gauge and the cooling fan to come on.

The coolant temperature sensor is located on the water inlet housing.
