Looking for clutch arm to switch from A/C to heat for left side actuator until I can replace actuator itself.

There is not arm to control. The blend door shaft protrudes through the case, into the actuator. The actuator would have to be removed to access the shaft and then if you turn it, there will be nothing to hold it in position without the actuator being there.
