So, I have the car listed above LX model. I pulled the actuator out and moved the levers and heat started working, then I replaced the actuator two different times, and still nothing checked for voltage. It had 12 volts on one pin is this what it’s supposed to have because when I change settings it doesn’t move with the actuator in.

Hi,

The voltage signals to the actuator is controlled by the controller. I don't believe battery voltage should be present. Where did you get 12v? Was the connector to the actuator still connected?

I attached diagnostics for testing the actuator itself. Take a look through the diagnostics and let me know if you are comfortable performing them.

Let me know. Something isn't making sense.

Joe
