Heater and defrost issues?

From time to time, it will blow out the floor when the knob is on defrost. If I shut it off and leave it sit it will work fine for a while. I tried a HVAC computer reset but the light won't blink like it is supposed to.

This is common when the mode actuator goes out. here is the location so you can change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Which actuator is the defrost? Can't tell from the pictures.

I tried a HVAC reboot but the light won't blink like it is supposed to.
