The A/C cools and blows fine. But when I turn on the heat, it stays cold.

Hi,

First, confirm the engine coolant is full. Also, make sure the engine is reaching operating temperature. Take a look through this link. It describes the most common causes of no heat.

Now, if the coolant is full, the engine reaches operating temperature, and nothing in the link helps, we next need to confirm the blend air door actuator is working.

Do you ever hear a clicking coming from under the dash? There are two actuators (one for the left (driver's side) and one for the right (passenger's side). They are called air mix doors and are responsible for the air temperature entering the vehicle. However, if one has failed, you would lose heat to one side and not both. Can you let me know if it is both sides or just one?

Let me know.
