Heater won’t work but the AC works great?

The heater won’t work but the AC works great. I figured blend door but there’s no noise and when I turn the heat all the way up and set it to the foot heater I can feel just a little heat. Cold air out the front and windshield defroster but a weak warm blowing on the feet. Could it be a clogged heater core?

It could be the heater core but can I ask if the blower motor is working? Can you hear the fan running? If so I would check the temperature blend door actuator. If you remove the actuator you can work the pivot by hand to see if it makes a difference when the system is on. Please go over this video as well.
