I kept hearing a clicking on the driver’s side of car, I knew it was the actuator but didn’t worry about it. Summer and A/C worked. It was cold one morning and I tried to turn on the heater. The drivers side blew cold, and passenger side blew hot. I bought a new blend door actuator installed and it still did the same thing. Uninstalled it, ran heater for a while on high and it continued to just blow cold and hot on passenger side. Can you please provide me with some guidance? Thank you

First we need to make sure you replaced the correct part, here is the location of the passenger's side blend door actuator. Also, when the actuator is removed work the blend door pivot by hand to see if anything changes. Also, work the HVAC controls while the actuator is still plugged in to see if it works. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
