The driver's side will not blow out hot air. The passenger side works fine. How do I check the actuator on the driver's side?

9 times out of 10 the problem will be the driver's side temperature blend door actuator, here is the location so you can change it out. But here are the actuator wiring diagrams so you can check for power and ground for the motor inside the actuator.
