Heater not hot?

When I turn the heat on, the fan turns on, however I cannot turn from face vents to floor and windshield. There’s also no light lit when you push the A/C button or when you change the outside/recirculated air setting. Please help.

We need to check the HVAC control fuse which is not the BCM fuse panel under the right side of the center console near the dash, here is a guide that will help, and I have included the fuse location in the images below, these guides may help as well:
