Heater not functioning

Heater is not functioning.
Blower works great!
Turned vehicle on, felt hoses into and out of the firewall, both are hot.
I don't think there is a cabin air filter to check.

Car is new, so don't think the core is bad. Had heat before, just not now.

Any ideas?

Good morning,

There is a mode door actuator that controls the blend door. That may be the issue but with it being new it must be a defective part. Here is a guide to walk you through the steps and a diagram below to show you on your car.
