Heater not blowing out of floor vents?

My van listed above will not blow heat out of the floor setting. I can change it to air, and it blows out the floor fine. The heat will come out anywhere else I want it to besides floor. Any Help is appreciated. Thank you!

This must be a bad air temperature blend door actuator, or the control module is bad. Most of the time it will be the actuator, here is the location so you can swap it out which should fix the problem. You can try resetting the system which sometimes works as well.

You might want to try a CAN scan which may have codes that will help us. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
