Had the coolant flushed, blend door sounds like it is switching over, replaced my temperature control unit, car gets close to halfway up temp gauge, coolant level isn't low, no sweet smell coming from vents, when i do run the heat or a/c, it is sort of loud. I have no idea what the problem is.

Pulled hvac fuse and replugged in during lunch. Still low heat. Heater core hoses are hot to where you can only touch both for a fee seconds before hand burns. Did the ebl recalibration and no error codes came back. Still low heat. Any other suggestions?

you'll have to pull a couple of ducts off to reach this probably on driver's side also make sure shaft lines up with duct prior to install.

it's the opposite side of blower motor see if it gets power you may have to remove some shields to access it.

Ok so pulled fuse, waited 5 minutes, replaced, then ran the test. Came back this time with ac 46. Which is a/c control blend door shorted to battery (mtc only, wiring fault or bad servo). So do i just need to replace the wiring thats goes from the temp control to the blend door or do i need to replace the whole blend door?

it would be the actuator that is shorted not the blend door. but when you get actuator off checke for a broken blend door as well.

if the actuator shorted then it would give same code. check wiring when you get under there.

So still haven't fixed this. Where is the actual blend door located. Not the actuator, but the blend door. Just going to manually move it but I have no clue where it's located

the blend door is inside the heater unit and this is a tedious job and takes a while. the dash has to come out first then the heater unit. the door may be broken it is above the actuator.
