Heater lines assembly removal

I cannot remove the heater lines assembly from the vehicle and replace the new assembly.

Hi,

Which lines are you referring too? The heater core lines and are you trying to replace the heater core? Can you take a picture of the lines that you are having an issue with and I will see what we need to do?
