Where can I get the heater hose set and the inserts?

i saw the video of the heater hose assembly but was wondering where i can get the hose set and the inserts, seeing that the original has the quick disconnect.

I did that job, and we got the hoses from the Chevrolet dealer, and they came with the adaptors. Let us know if you need anything else.
