When heat is directed to the floor there is still some coming out of the panel. Is this an actuator problem if so, which one?

Hi,

Chances are the mode door actuator needs calibrated. The vehicle is still under warranty. Have you contacted a dealership? They should take care of it for you.

Let me know.

What is involved in the calibration? How long would it take to have it done at the dealer?

Basically, a scanner is used to do it. It requires a high end scanner and not one that you can buy at a parts store.
