Heater blower is not blowing

The heater fan is not turning on. could this be a fuse? I cannot find a fuse box diagram for the car listed above four door.

I need some more info to look your car up.

Is the motor a 1.8L or a!.9L?
If its a 1.8 is it a GT or an LX-E?
If its a 1.9 is it a Base or an LX?
Hatchback or Wagon?
Automatic or standard transmission?
