Heater and A/C are not working

When you say the heat and A/C won't do anything do you mean when you turn them on the fan does not come on at all?

If that is the case, then we have an issue with the blower motor, and it most likely needs to be replaced.

We need to start with checking the power at the blower to see if it is a blower motor issue or a power/circuit issue.

If this is the issue and you do not have power at the blower motor, then we most likely have an issue with the relay or the fuse which we can use this guide to help check to see if it is the issue:

I am attaching the wiring diagram below which will help with testing this. Please run through this and let us know what you find or if there is a different issue then this.
