The heater stopped working

I can feel very little air coming out. my back air works fine the only thing is that in summer the air is hot and in winter only cold air comes out. Two years ago I replace the blower motor due to the air conditioning not turning off even with the car off.

Hello,

If you can hear the blower motor working fully and little air is coming out the mode actuator has probably gone bad. We should check both. here are two guides and the location of the blower and actuator in the diagrams below:

thank you is there a blend door actuator just for the rear climate control? since that is the one that blow cold when the heater is on and hot with the A/C. thank you for the articles i will try this weekend and see if i can do it myself.

Yes there are two separate blend door actuators one for the front and one for the rear. Let me know what happen please.
