I attached a pic below to help locate the air temp servo (actuator).
Let me know if this helps.

Still little lost from the diagram. Found the recirculation servo and the one that changes what vent. Both are working. Is there a way to manually open the blend door?

The only thing you could try is to remove the actuator and move the door. I enlarged the location hoping to make it easier to identify, but I think I made it worse. It is very close to center of the dash.
Let me know.

How do you get to it. Do you have to take the entire dash apart?

If you remove the insulator panel under the dash, it will be tight but you can access it. I'm not going to lie. They are a pain, LOL

Hi Joe, as promised an update on the air blend door issue. Turned out to be a bad water pump. As soon as it was replaced the heater issues went away.

I'm glad you got it taken care of. You know, if you would have asked me if I thought the water pump was bad, I would have said no. There is only one heater core, so if one side was hot, the other should have been as well.
Regardless, it's fixed and that's all that matters. Please feel free to come back anytime.
