Hi,

If there is no heat regardless of the selection, first I need you to check something for me. Start the engine, turn on the heater, and allow the engine to reach operating temperature.

Next, feel both heater core hoses located behind the engine attached to connectors at the firewall. Are they both hot? If not, then there is likely an issue plugging the heater core.

At this point, I would suggest flushing the cooling system and heater core. Here is a link that explains how to flush the cooling system. Once the coolant is drained, disconnect each of the heater hoses, and using a garden hose, spray water through the core in both directions until it runs clean.

Next, if both hoses are hot, then we need to check a few things. First, take a look through this link and see if it is helpful.

Also, you indicated the replacement of the blend actuator. I would recommend removing it and confirming it is responding when the temperature request is changed. You may have gotten a bad actuator or there could be an issue with the controller.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
