Have you checked under the hood at the firewall for a disconnected vacuum line?

I get very little air coming out through the top vent and the middle and bottom. Also when I turn on the heater to hot or cold they are reversed.

Is this auto climate control or manual controls? That is strange that the temp is backwards. When you move the knob to tell it to come out a different vent does any of the air flow out of any of the vents change?

Hello,

this sounds like an actuator is not working or you have a bend door that is broken. Does your truck have a cabin air filter? here are a couple of guides to help you

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-change-an-air-cabin-filter

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-blend-door-motor

Please let us know what you find so it will help others.

Best, Ken

The blend door controls the temperature to make it hotter or colder it doesn't control where the air flow comes out. The mode door controls the air flow.I wil help you find the blend door if that's the one you say is broken.
